This internal redevelopment project was commissioned in 2014 by the Scottish Court & Tribunal Service. The project involved the phased formation of four important functional spaces in Edinburgh Sheriff Court on Chambers Street. These included a new Edinburgh Bar Association Facility, a new Jury Muster Facility, an expanded office for the Civil Business Team and a new PII Courtroom 18.

The area refurbished totalled over 1000sqm over three floor levels and was completed by July 2015. In order to improve facilities, the Edinburgh Bar Association accommodation was relocated on to Level 3 in a former storage area of over 200sqm. EBA were delighted with their new accommodation.

The project was undertaken by Specialist Fit Out Contractors Morris & Spottiswood whilst the Court was fully operational and required very careful phasing and planning.
