In 2014 MLA were commissioned to prepare a design proposal for the regeneration of this Grade B listed Church Hall and a proposed new link to provide a physical connection to the church.

MLA prepared a full submission for lottery funding.

The project involved the replanning, reroofing and refurbishment of existing sash and case windows together with secondary glazing.

Rebuilt in 1903, this gothic cruciform church has an eastern frontal gable, lean-to marthex with low ogee arched doorways on end elevations, and central, semi octagonal baptistry, with hexagonal centre window. The gable above, integrated with lateral corner buttresses with diagonal pinnacles has a pair of 2-light traceried windows with canopied niche between and rose window above. Nave has 3 2-light traceried windows and the south transept or chapel has larger 2-light traceried windows facing east, under a gablet.

Stainedglass designed by Nina Davidson.
